The Lighting Process
Design
We believe correct lighting is all about design. Our landscape lighting design process starts with your lighting consultation where we will review your spaces, listen to your goals, and discuss lighting design strategies. We then establish a budget and begin working on the lighting design. The design process consists of determining focal points, lighting technique, and lighting levels to name a few. The materials to be used on the project will also be determined at this time.
Installation
After our design process, we will present you with our proposal, which can include different design and materials options to suit your needs. After the proposal is accepted, the installation of your new system will begin! We do our best to be as minimally invasive to your property as possible, which is one of the advantages of a low voltage system. We utilize flowerbeds when possible, and most cuts in turf are unnoticeable after a few weeks for irrigated lawns.
Maintenance
...because life happens. You have heard it said before, and it applies to outdoor lighting as well. All lighting systems need to be maintained to keep them looking beautiful and operating correctly. Mother nature is harsh. and we use only quality products with great warrantees, but even that does not keep a fixture from being stepped on and knocked out of place, or a lamp burning out. That is why we offer a variety of maintenance plans to keep your system operating correctly.
